Carol Well and her brother were in a terrible fire they got separated and years later they find each other. They look for all three keys to their hidden house in hopes that their parents are alive.

In the world of Kierale magic is becoming uncommon and is seen as a threat. The Queen of Huerand is outlawing any magical use, those who do will be locked up and are to be never seen again. Meanwhile, Asher and her family must find the three keys to lock the door between their world and the world of unholy monsters, Jerichart. They will set out on a long and dangerous journey to save the people of their land.
