I always knew that friendships came and went. We have friends- maybe best friends- for certain times of our lives. They're there and then they're not, and you don't really mind because you're the same thing to them- someone for some time, and then no one at all. We have the 'kindy' friends, the primary besties, the high school bunch, and then the Uni acquaintances. Now, I'm not saying none of these people last, but it's rare. Because when your sifting your life from one stage to the other, not much falls through. But there's always the exception, the odd ones that slip by and weave their way back into your life. In my case, through an out of the blue phone call and unexpected invitation.

Elizabeth is a born orphan who is in her twenties. She is well settled in life. Though without family , her friends group is her family. She has been dating Daniel for over four years and within three months, they are supposed to be married....but , at this point of time, she is detected with terminal cancer and she has got only three months to live! She decides to save everyone from the tragedy of her impending death...and thus she leaves her homeland with only one letter "I AM GOING MY OWN WAYS, YOU ALL PLEASE MOVE ON. DANIEL PLEASE FORGIVE ME, AND PROMISE ME THAT I WILL LIVE ON 'IN YOUR MEMORIES ' ". The always freedom seeking Elizabeth moves around the world, spending not more than a week in a particular place. The charming girl attracts many guys who ends up proposing her everywhere she goes, but she keeps on denying everyone. When two to three weeks of her licenced life is left, something happens. Something that makes her desperate to return to her country, friends and specially Daniel. But when she reaches there , things have changed. She gets the shock of her life on returning. What urges her to return? What kind of shock she gets? With only a few weeks in her hand, what is there on mind?

This is a story about a girl who loves music and basketball. She is just like everybody else on the outside maybe a little paler, but nobody bothers to notice. You know how they say it's on the inside that counts? Well she has a monster in her that makes her weaker and weaker until she slowly but surely will end her life. She tries to live as normal as possible. Her name is Macy Robertson. There will be a guy who is a big part of the story who coincidentally walks, or, well, crashes into her life and maked a big difference. His name is Ryan Johnson.

This is my take on what happened in the three months between the Battle of Starcourt and the Byers moving away. It's mileven centric but all characters will have their moments and will be involved, so all of your favourite characters are part of the story. I have no followers lmao but this is for fun.
