Thylacine Stories

It's the Year 2036 , where Australia's Legendary beast , the Thylacine marks the unfortunate century after it had been pushed to extinction by the People of Australia. But this year, 2036, a group of 100 hidden Thylacine come out from the dark undergrowth of Tasmania's forests to seek revenge and once again to thrive in numbers the way they want.

(I made this book when I was maybe 12 and I feel it's not very good, but I'm not gonna stop ya if you wanna read it!) This story follows Cocoa, a thylacine who lives life thinking she's the last of her kind. Is she really the last one, or are there more out there? This is the first book I've published ever so I thoroughly hope you enjoy it <3 (P.S. no pictures are of my property)

A procoptodon, Waru, takes a trip out to the Red Rock Outpost with his wife, Tanhee. After a long night of him being out, he comes back to their inn, hammered with alcohol. There, he finds a not from Tahnee, telling him abou how shes going to kill herself. Waru, being drunk, thinks its just a joke but wakes up to find out that it seems to be true. But something is off about it. he finds a thyalcoleo, Killara, who used to be a detective, to help him find his mate. Together, they go off to find his mate if shes still out there.

inspired by the short-lived animal planet documentary series of the same name, comes my concept for an animated series of Animal X: Natural Mystery Unit. filled with action, adventure, mystery, suspense, intrigue, and Cryptids a plenty. There are stranger things in heaven and earth, and you're about to see many of them on ANIMAL X.

The thylacine is believed to have stolen farm animals like chickens, cows, and pigs, but... Did they really do it? Hex is the last thylacine who is captive in a zoo, and he tells his own story of despair, murder, and blame until his very demise. The thylacine's numbers have been dwindling in the 1900s and they are accused of stealing farm animals on top of that, making them prized animals for human hunting. They have a bounty over their heads, and no human cares for them. The dingos and wild dogs mock the thylacines because they are the real ones taking all of the animals but humans naturally point their finger at the nearest suspect. Do the thylacines really die out? Is there something beyond, into the forest of Australia? Or is it all just a myth?

I limp down the prison steps, a free man for the first time in thirty years. I should be smiling, but like a frightened animal my eyes scan and dart everywhere. I wince and hold my chest as my old heart shudders in the heat. Have those beasts been waiting for me all this time?

A team of various, willing players from around the league is assembled. During the summer, off-season days and off-days during the season, this team of Extinct or Alive: Animal Species Protectors (AKA: the ASP), ventures out to defend species around the world, conserve the nearly extinct and prove the existence of the "thought-to-be-extinct." These nine young men live by the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species, which is a worldwide conservation status listing and ranking system. It divides species into nine categories: Extinct (EX), Extinct in the Wild (EW), Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN), Vulnerable (VU), Near Threatened (NT), Least Concern (LC), Data Deficient (DD) and Not Evaluated (NE). With some new faces rotating into the "ASP" team, they all gather together to aid in the discovery of new species, old species and most importantly determine if a species is truly... Extinct. Or. Alive.
