Xie Lian meets Hua Cheng, who sticks around for the weekend, doing shopping, laundry and house cleaning. @taoistpriestpupper invites Xie Lian to a Rap Battle, The Half-Moon Pass. Feng Xin and Mu Qing show up too. There's a fight, and hell breaks loose about past disputes.

The warm confines of Xie Lian's home are like home to the other. They were capable of providing him the closeness he had never felt and wiping his worries away, steadying his beating heart.

In which the Crown Prince of XianLe ascends for the third time, but he and Hua Cheng are already married. Needless to say, the Heavenly Realm is shocked out of their robes. Just in case, major spoiler alert for the entire novel. Some events happened way before their chronological order, and there's mentions of them here. Please, give a read to the notes at the beginning of the work! The overall rating of the story is the same of the novel. I rated it E because of some added explicit scenes (easily skippable if you're not interested)

On the last part of this Hualian AU, back at Mount Tong'Lu Festival, Xie Lian has to make up his mind about Hua Cheng; he then gets challenged by WhiteNoFace to a rap battle, to decide who's the best, once and for all. This is about love, friendship, being true to yourself, and never giving up!

Xie Lian, an Anglo Indian lives with his uncle and legal guardian Jun Wu in the posh area in the Himalayas of India.
