If they did, they would have to worry about the child for a monster soul and a human soul was not equeal. Most times the child would not survive, sometimes the child would survive. These children were known as Werewolves, Vampires, witches, etc. You were discovered as a werewolf and sent to the undergrounds, as punishment. This is where it begins.
