Hullo, this story is based off of a theory about Tommy and Tubbo being the products of Karl's time travelling. Tommy being a chaotic entity while Tubbo is a peaceful entity. They're only best friends because they balance each other out perfectly. So when they were separated, through, let's say...the first exile. Schlatt grew more powerful solely because he had less chaos to deal with, and Tommy might've played a part in Wilbur's insanity? Now how about the 2nd exile, Tommy's exile. Both boys were greatly impacted by that, Tommy more than Tubbo because who was there to balance the chaos? Dream?? Also, the egg, the egg is there to fix Karl's mistakes, that's probably why it wants Tommy dead so badly, and why when Tubbo was affected he only felt sadness, as he felt a world without Tommy was pointless, meaningless. Who was there to balance the peace? Bring joy?
