When Loki steals the Tesseract and veers off the course of the Sacred Timeline, he is arrested by the Time Variance Authority. He is taken to their headquarters and put on trial for crimes against the Sacred Timeline. He eventually discovers what would have happened in his life if he hadn't taken the Tesseract and escaped, learning that he ultimately causes his mother's death. He even watches his own death. But, the one aspect of his supposed future that catches his eye, is a Midgardian woman. In fact he learns that she would have become the most important part of his life. This surprises Loki because in his perspective, falling for a Midgardian is blasphemy. Loki develops an ever growing interest in finding out who this woman is, and why he, the God of Mischief would fall for a Midgardian. I will be tracking where I am in the sacred timeline as I'm writing this series of books. Eventual Loki x OC. It has been weeks or months, but it felt like eternity since Loki has been pruned by his female version as he tried to protect Mobius. He was steeped in guilt. He couldn't let go of it. He couldn't let go of him. The only thing keeping them apart now was death...Or time. At first he thought saying he loved Loki was insane, but now he wouldn't find a better word to express his feelings for him.
