It's been three years... Three years since what seemed like a fairytale came shattering down around them. Tim struggles to come to terms with the grounds of the divorce, and his fight against alcoholism, while Faith tries her best to move on into a foreign territory. Their children keep them tied together, requiring them to collide time after time, forcing them to wonder what could've been. Their history seems to continuously merge with the present, derailing their efforts to move on. After Faith is slated to walk down the isle to a lawyer, and possible candidate for senator, Tim decides to give it one last shot to repair their marriage, only to realize that what brings them together is what inevitably always seems to pull them apart.

On a rainy night, their car plummeted off an overpass, and onto the bustling highway below. For the moment, it seemed everything would be just fine, until Faith wakes up with believing it's 1987... The last thing she remembers is sitting along the river in Mississippi, watching the sunset and drinking iced tea with her fiancé, Rob... Waking up in Nashville with a complete stranger in the hospital, Faith tries to manage everything that is happening without going insane. But can she handle it?
