Chloe being the nice kind person she is wants to help her new fairy-god-brother with his loneliness by wishing him a friend. Her plan is later found to have backfired after finding that Cosmo has experienced no changes to his body. It's been weeks since the wish was made, and Cosmo should have had a bouncy baby by now fairies didn't take long to give birth. The wish wasn't interrupted like a usual wish that didn't follow Da Rules. If it didn't give the fairy Couple a new baby then what did it do? Meanwhile Timmy is beginning to feel very sick. Remy and Gary both have a crush on Timmy. They won't stop fighting over him. Timmy has a crush on both boys. Timmy while have to choose which one he has to be with. Who will Timmy pick?
