Just a short little fanfiction about Newt and Tina at Christmas time.

Annabelle Kingsford is an English half-blood author, travelling the world with her assistant Edmund Eastham and her younger brother Ian, an Auror that joins her on occasion, to find inspiration for her books. While the trio arrives in America, they bump into the Kingsford siblings' childhood friend Magizoologist Newt Scamander, who is going to New York alongside his Muggle expert friend Anastasia Dumbledore to complete a task. Annabelle is helping him since she shares a similar task as a fellow Magizoologist. Their pet Nifflers' escape sends the group on an adventure none would expect. Joining them are MASCUA Auror Cyra Lumen, her co-workers Tina Goldstein and her sister Queenie and No-Maj Jacob Kowalski after he accidentally released some of Newt and Annabelle's magical beasts. Meanwhile, Cyra discovers that her close childhood friend Credence Barebone is an Obscurial. Determined to help him, she protects him from his abusive adoptive mother while she visits him under an alter-ego that hides a secret power she uses, one that matches Credence's but is more powerful and in control. This connects to America's seemingly growing jeopardized magical and non-magical relations, which Cyra must resolve along with her friends when three unknown wizards cause Credence's Obscurus to manifest. Will the group find the missing beasts and stop the wizard trio who is responsible for the tragic magical events that are taking place?
