This is a short story based off a character from "The Crucible", and what may have happened to her after her mysterious dis in the classic play.

Seraphina Martin is back in town one year after her best friend, Grace Monroe's supposed "suicide". Hell bent on finding the truth of what happened to Grayce, Sera falls down a rabbit hole of bloodlines, allied both with and against her and a few a lot closer than she would hope to think.

Charity Grace is a 14 year old puritan girl living in Salem during the infamous Salem Witch Trials. After surviving her burning at the stake, Charity is introduce into the magical, dangerous and tragic world of witches.

This is my interpretation of the Salem Witch Trials. Because the events occurred so long ago, details are scarce, as is the truth. I decided to fill in some of the blanks, providing explanations for some of the calls made and things said, telling it as fact in the story.
