On earth, villains have taken the world and heroes now have become evil with turbonic energy that made them into turbo versions of themselves. During a discovery hunt in the remains of P.O.I.N.T's base, the Boxmore robots were destroyed by a sleeping person who is the last hero who can save humanity, 16 year old K.O, who has amnesia but his Turbonic alterago, T.K.O still has his memories, but he can only help K.O by leading him his energy. With the help of T.K.O's powers and his powers, K.O must find out about his past and fight the villains and turbo villains as he quests to find the key to bringing the world back to what it was, as he searchs for the owner of a voice that begs for his help, and protecting two kids who he found in a desert beach.

The heroes in Lakewood Plaza Turbo heard the news that their young friend has disappeared and make a quest to find and save K.O, Dendy, and the other missing children.

(Alternate universe of T.K.O) T.K.O has won the battle for control and imprisoned K.O into the cage and the hero disappeared after that. A few days later, T.K.O tried to get K.O back, but he was told to be his own person and K.O is now gone, and feeling guilty for what he did, T.K.O decides to redeem himself by taking K.O's place and becoming a great hero. One day, a mysterious Mobile suit called the Gundam Ariacatcher appeared and T.K.O became it's pilot and used it against mysterious enemies that appeared in Lakewood, and know uses this new mobile suit and it's powers to fight the villains that K.O and his friends encounter in their everyday lives and the new enemy army called the Creature Sea.
