Young 18 year old T.K.O has been living a dark life for his whole life, and has been more of a person with a darker and homicidal persona months after he moved out from his twin brother K.O and mother. In T.K.O's home in the city of Dark Paradise city, T.K.O has developed the desire for blood from people who show disregard for his feelings, mock him, pick on him, and take advantage of him, and kills them while talking about the dark emotions of his life and darkside of the reality of the world, while he shares a romantic relationship with a girl who grew up with his father.
