What if Jace had a younger sister? Elizabeth Wayland has been passed from institute to institute like an unwanted present since her father was killed. Now aged fifteen she is fed up of the whole routine. Accompanied unwillingly by her partner in crime Joe Linscott, she has arrived at the New York institute desperate for answers from her only living family -her older half brother Jace- but is in store for a lot more than she bargained for. Nemina Morris, aka Ina, is best friends with Simon Lewis and Clary Fray. At age 19 she is moving to her own appartment but all sort of tragic things happen around her: murder, fights and Jocelyn Fray goes missing. Luckely a group of Shadowhunters is willing to help them. Clary and Ina get trown in a new world full of danger. Both girls feeling a bit lost. Secrets get revealed, the Shadowhunters grew up with who they thought was Nemina, but she doesn't remember those 13 years of friendship with the Shadowhunters. Secrets get discovered. But is it smart to reveal something that was meant to stay hidden? Nemina Morris is my own character. All the others belong to Cassandra Clare.

Jace mysteriously is found dead at the entrance to the institute. Clary is so upset. What happens when he mysteriously comes back 7 months later. This time he is different. Will his friends and families bonds be the same? Or will they be better and stronger than ever? Years later jace and Clary start a family, what happens when someone threatens their family? Takes place before lady midnight and before and during tales from shadowhunter academy if that makes any sense at all I do not own any of the characters except for some of the new ones everything else goes to Cassandra Claire.
