The city crawls with crime from the recent death of the shredder. Gangs fight for territory and dark figures deal with it in the night. The turtles and girls thought they were the only ones stuck in the crossfire but when the news tells them that there are two new vigilantes, they question who would throw themselves into one of the most dangerous wars of the criminal world not knowing that the new vigilantes are two members of their own teams. Alessia and Raphael got themselves stuck int he trouble that they could only get themselves out of. They knew that they were way in over their heads a little too late.

To the normal eye, most would believe that Alessia is normal, that she was just a teenager going through her rebellious stage. But, only some know that that accusation was off by a log shot. The teenager holds more secrets than you could think of. What would happen when it was time for the female to tell Rapheal one of her biggest secrets?

Halloween night is the turtles and girls favourite time of year, being able to dress up as something or someone other than themselves. Alessia and Rapheal go the farthest with this, dressing up as a couple then pairing up with Casey Jones to throw a large party. This is where most fun happens but this is also the party of the year that the two ninjas are ready to really party. The only problem is that their siblings don't understand why they are so protective when everything they aren't aloud to do is exactly what Alessia and Rapheal do themselves. This causes them to have their own fun at the party This is where the Halloween Cops come in...

Following the Kraang invasion and having been separated from their mother Saldana, the Lotus Sisters (Leona, Rafaela, Donatella, and Michelle) recuperate from their fight ahead at their aunt's dimensional house where they train to the point where they can return to New York City to defeat Lady Shade and the Kraang once and for all.

The Lotus Ninjas struggle to contain an outbreak of mutations that occurs thanks to the leftover mutagen from the thwarted Kraang invasion. During this time, they gain new allies to help them in their mission and new enemies that antagonize them. However, they are still struggling with their battle against Lady Shade who's allied with the Kraang.

The Lotus Ninjas (Rafaela, Leona, Donatella, and Michelle) grow apart after their final defeat of Lady Shade. But when strange things are happening in New York City as ancient creatures threaten the world, the Lotus Ninjas must reunite as a team to save it.

The only problem is that they often get too caught up in each other to pay attention in class and don't exactly like to pay attention. Now they are stuck in the library, having to do an assignment that, to them, is the most stupid thing ever but leaving this couple alone in a room is not the smartest idea.
