Years ago a group of 19 middle school students who were bullied and harassed for many years ran away after an incident involving some fake heroes. After failing to catch them Nezu tells them that he's not going to lock them away or send them to a villain rehabilitation program he actually wants them in UA for an undercover assignment involving some fake heroes sent by the hero commissioner.
