Two years after the fight that defeated the feared Shredder, the brothers along with April, Karai and Casey are living their lives and keeping the city safe. Everyone has grown up and grown closer together. Enter Angel Winfer, a quiet, jumpy new girl at Roosevelt High School that catches the human trio's attention. Inviting her to join their group to protect her from the prying eyes of the jocks, they form an unlikely bond. As her path becomes intertwined with the trio, she begins to learn more about them and their friends from "another school" What awaits her is adventure, friends, love, and a doorway into her past.

The turtles had been taking down Shredder's forces one by one each time they threaten these ninja turtles. Whether it's TigerClaw, Dogpound, Fishface, the Kraang or the Foot Clan, the four pizza-loving brothers know how to take them down without breaking a sweat. That is until Shredder reveals he secretly recruited four teenage girls into the Foot Clan. Venus, Larota, Talena, and Amoly. Four trained kunoichi who are considered one of The Shredder's best young students. With a dark, complicated past that they are trying to run away from, these four girls will turn these four turtles' world upside down. Will the turtles take down The Shredder's new recruits?
