Donnie was never as strong or as athletically talented as his brothers. Due to this, he always had to find other ways to make up for what he lacked; but even now, he still feels inadequate in comparison to them.

When Raph gets injured while trying to protect Mikey during a mission, it's up to Leo as the family medic to patch up and nurse his big brother back up to full health.

If Leo was trapped in the portal dimension. He's not dead, just been trapped in there for years. And here are the reactions of the turtles of he being stuck in there. And figuring out he's still alive.
