When a 16 year old kraken girl named Rubyella wants to go meet Prince Raphael at the ball, she ends up staying at home instead while her stepmother and her two step sisters went to the ball as the young kraken teen girl gets a visit from her fairy godmother and she decided to help Ruby out to go to the ball with giving her a beautiful sparkle dress that glows blue, pretty earrings and blue glitter cheeks that glows.

Venus De Milo starts crime fighting with her new older brothers now even though she's been through a lot but at least she got her brothers to look after her. She's a new member of the family and at least they've understand what she's been through in her past.

The only way she has to get what she really wanted is to turn into a human sized kraken which the evil mermaid queen named Nerissa could help with that. Ruby has to get Raph to fall in love with her before the sun sets on the third day. Will Ruby remain a human sized kraken girl permanently and be with Raph forever? 16 year old Ruby wants to have a normal life in the new York city as she thinking about highschool, making friends and other stuff like normal teenagers do. But being stuck down in the ocean dealing with her duties as a princess, it's just too much for her while she starts to make friends with the mutant turtles Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey as they tell her all about high school and that she's wanting to go there with them. Raph gets jealous at his brothers because they are already in a relationship while he struggled to find the perfect girl for him.
