Oogie's little henchmen figure out a way to free Oogie from his shadowed prison and Oogie returns to do more horrendous tricks and deeds to the people. Now a stronger and smarter Oogie threatens each holiday of the year. For Oogie's plan is too not only take over halloween,but take over all the holidays.
