This is a 500 word contest about a time I went through recently.

This is a story from a few years ago. I changed names of characters involved, seeing as though they are actual people that I actually know. This is about Me, my friend Josie (It's a dude. just a nickname), and my other friend Jake...Just spending a day together.

An L.A.P.D. Officer (who has recently returned home from World War 2) is convicted of murder when he is found next to a dead body in the desert. He cannot remember anything from the night before or even a few days before the accident.
