What if Peach and Bowser were actually in love and not Mario and Peach? What if Mario was just an awesome wingman? This story is based off a theory I saw.

This takes place before the future (book) and after Regina left. This mainly focuses during the ten years on how the new life is for both the Koopalings and for Regina during those ten years. However this is mainly on the Koopalings' point of view than on Regina.

At the local MK Hospital, everything was pretty normal, people coming in, getting treated, going out again healthy as ever... Until one day, Peach somehow convinces Toadsworth to hand her control of the whole hospital. From there, it all started going downhill. Customers were receiving slower service since she didn't do her part, which made people complain. The reputation of the MKH was going down, and it was starting to lose profit. Peach was one bad pill... But who was the next?
