Mikoto Misaka, also known as The Railgun has faced many things. Evil demonic extraterrestrials, school, evil mages, psycho scientists, angry dragons, apocalyptic dieties, soul eating hollows. But now she must face the greatest of all challenges: growing up as a half dragon. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family. Fairy Tail and some of Mikoto's Soul Reaper friends tag along. However, there are some dragons who believe Mikoto is an abomination because of her human heritage...and the ceremonies become somewhat uneasy.....but then it becomes all the more threatening when it turns out one of the dragons has sold himself to Asgawrath's service. The story takes place in Academy City, a landlocked sovereign city where everyone is free-using their powers in need or for other stuff. But there's only one human in Academy City whose the most useless being on earth. Meet (Y/N) (L/N). Your average high school student with no special ability in hand. Also being named as the most certain useless being in Academy City for not even having Esper abilities and being the most lowest amongst other whose level is 0. After being experimented by certain scientists (Y/N) finally manage to get powers and being the most certain powerful being of Academy City above the level 5. But what will he do with this new power he has in hands?

Taking a break from my usual writings: This is just a relaxing side story derived from the series "Toaru Kagaku No Railgun" (A Certain Scientific Railgun). It happens at the Midsummer festival. It's very relaxed, just a short story with more fun than a vlog, and focuses on the growing relationship between my character and Misaka. I am still working on other stories about the later parts of the series, and I even did a story of before my character came to the city. I will edit and upload them as soon as possible, I promise.
