The population of Academy City are 80% Students and the other 20% Adults. The reason behind this is because they are developing an esper with a very powerful abilities. Taking a break from my usual writings: This is just a relaxing side story derived from the series "Toaru Kagaku No Railgun" (A Certain Scientific Railgun). It happens at the Midsummer festival. It's very relaxed, just a short story with more fun than a vlog, and focuses on the growing relationship between my character and Misaka. I am still working on other stories about the later parts of the series, and I even did a story of before my character came to the city. I will edit and upload them as soon as possible, I promise. In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy.
