A team of Marine Biologists are sent to study and area of water for science reasons where they find and capture a Forever, which was not what they expected to find when they arrived. Forever Tobi meets our marine biologist Andre, who seeks to learn more about this race of Forever. Only, Andre didn't want to get the other biologists involved, knowing it could potentially hurt Tobi. They are both sent off to a facility of labs to learn more about what Tobi is.
