Todd Anderson enteres Welton Academy at the beginning of Junior year.He was a troubled boy, always compared to his brother in every aspect of his life. Neil Perry has been going to Welton Academy his entire high school career (starting from 8th). He wants to be something else, not a doctor like his dad but an actor.
