Shoto is a handsome merman prince who next in line to the throne even though he has six older brothers. Though he lives a relatively good life but he wants more he wants to explore the surface even thought it's not allowed. Ochako is a marine biologist who lives her life from pay check to pay check. Even living like she doses she loves her job and the sea and the animals in it more than anything. Through some life changing events they develop a friendship that slowly turns into love but how can they be together for his a man from the sea and she's a lady from land.

One's there to help her parents, the other is there to prove his father wrong. One is poor, one is rich. One friendly, one cold. One is way too curious, the other just wants to be left alone. After the abuse from his father, isolation form his mother, natsuo and Fuyumi plus finding out Dabi is Touya. Todoroki is angry, He wants to tear down the corrupt system of heroes that made his life hell and turned his brother into a villain.
