Lately, Todoroki has been feeling weird. And the fluffy-haired boy he happened to meet at the library is totally not the reason.

After getting stranded at Midoriya's house because of the winter weather, Todoroki spent the night. After a pleasant stay Todoroki receives a kiss from his host and was left with many questions but the one thing which worried him most was a single spectator. Katsuki Bakugo, Midoriya's neighbour, has seen everything and for one reason or another, he looked furious.

Shouto grew up too fast, thus he's already been put into internships and sent to hero/rescue work alongside Endeavor. He has never been given a voice or a microphone to express any way he actually feels- in fact, if he was being honest, being this 15 year old hero didn't feel right; nor did anything he endured to get that far. But because his dream is to become the greatest hero--he is forced to accept that this /must/ be right. it must be what he's meant to do- all he'll /ever/ be meant to do. It's only when he withstands life threatening injuries + learns his "control" he thought he had was entirely false - where his fighting spirit is broken. (or was it just "sculpted" fighting spirit? he doesn't know.) It's suggested to him that he attends UA as he relearns to regain his fighting strength and stamina. He basically has to relearn how to use his quirk in a sustainable manner, and the fear of being critically injured again terrifies him. Incoming Izuku; who has absolutely no control over OFA, he's heard of Shouto's story. but because of fear, Shouto is incredibly cold to him. Even so much as envying the amateur quirk user because he doesn't walk life in tremendous fear. But since Izuku is just so damn persistent, it doesn't take long until they're on daily greeting status; to "I think you're incredibly resilient, please dont discredit your strength"; to--"call me if you /ever/ need anything." As the year goes on, seeing Izuku push through countless fatalities puts Shouto in a place where he's not only afraid for himself- he's afraid of izuku breaking. He's afraid of the same thing that deeply affected him --happening to the one person he's ever allowed to know him. The /real/ him. In world full of unique abilities called quirks, it's common to see people who's physical forms differ from that of a normal human. This could be the addition of body parts or someone's complete physical appearance. Diet can change depending on these quirks and someone's behaviour. With this in mind, there's no surprise that a vampire quirk is one among many of these quirks. Shoto Todoroki is a promising young hero from UA high school's hero course. He possesses two quirks which balance out perfectly meaning he's a force to be recond with. But what most people don't know is that he possesses a third quirk, one that is not inherited by either of his parents. The doctors assumed it was a mutation and named it the Vampire quirk. Midoriya recently left his shift at the comic book store to go home to his loving mother, his shoes splashing on the wet pathways that wove into the flats and various homes. He was one of the unlucky 20% that never recieved a quirk, and his dreams of being a hero were crushed from an early age. however, it never stopped him from enjoying his life as he grew up. He's 19, he loves his job, and always reccomended the best books to the children that entered. Midoriya accepted his fate of a normal, quirkless life. That is, until he met Todoroki, Who he soon discovered to be one of the leaders of the biggest mafia around. The mafia that grants quirks for a hefty price.. -~-~- If it looks like i wrote them all in one day, that is VERY INCORRECT XD i usually have a two day break between publishing chapters, and check back and fix any grammer mistakes, or to add a cool lil bit of description. I hope you enjoy, because this is my first novel!! ^^ Once I finish this story, i'll either pick one myself, or let you guys give me a couple of interesting ideas! :D
