A month had passed since the students' arrival at Hope's Peak Academy. Makoto couldn't forget Sayaka and tried to forge bonds with the other students to find allies, until he tried to talk to Byakuya. Their relationship was growing, but an obstacle would come along, trying to separate them forever, as the saying goes, until death do us part.

"AHH-!" Makoto screamed before getting stabbed in the stomach, killing him instantly. Black. All he saw was black. He then heard.. voices? "Makoto! You woke up!" Sayaka? Sayaka took the mysterious item off of Makoto face, making him finally able to see again. "Sayaka? What the?" "It was all a simulation! Come here, we can see what's happening over here!" Sayaka dragged Makoto over to the giant screen, displaying Makoto's lifeless body. Trigger warnings! "So you've taken it upon yourself to ensure I don't sleep either?" He sounded groggy. Groggier than usual. "You're quite the team player, aren't you?"

The world is still in shambles, Future Foundation is still at work to fully eliminate all remnants of despair but something else is going on behind the scenes. Toko Fukawa and Komaru Naegi's friendship has hit a rough patch, jealousy, rejection and love are in the air. Will the two of them set aside their pride for the sake of their relationship and possibly the world? This story takes place after UDG (Ultra Despair Girls) As I'm writing this I have *not* seen Future Arch so this will focus more on Toko and Komaru's relationship (obviously haha) I'm not going into detail on Future Foundation's implied plans in this story. I'll try to watch Future Arch as soon as I can in order to go in more depth. This story has no plan! Just sit back and watch this mess unfold.
