He and Mirio both decided to go to UA high, and both be the best heroes they could be, even though neither of them had good control over their quirks. They ended up being the top three after a few years, but fairy tails aren't real. And nothing good lasts forever. Mirio lost his quirk in a rescue. He ended up choosing a different career, even though it wasn't what he wanted. He even went to a different college. Tamaki had always daydreamed about his future. One with Mirio in it. But fairy tales aren't real, and Mirio moved away. All Tamaki had left was Mirio's hoodie. "Like I said Mirio, fairy tales aren't real. We'll never get to be together..."
