Luz discover a new form of bending elements, the glyphs. She chooses to keep them a secret, and people will think she's the lost avatar. The last collector attack has been the most devastating and brutal yet, over one third of the army has perished. King Caleb Clawthorne has ordered the guard captains to recruit new scouts for the past year, and what used to be a position of nobility and prestige has now become one of which any willing commoner could be accepted. Two of those commoners are Willow Park and Augustus, or "Gus" Porter as Willow called him. Willow is one of the most admirable, and powerful guards in the Clawthorne Monarchy, which is why the Guard Captain deems her as the perfect replacement to be Prince Hunter's new personal Guard.

Edalyn Clawthorne wants nothing more than to make sure her only son, King, is safe. She cares dearly for her elder sister, who couldn't give two shits about her. In the end, she knows she has failed but at least she tried, right? Lilith Clawthorne wants to be the leader. She wants people to look up to her. She wants to world to understand her, she wants love. Luz, the human that months ago traveled to the demon realm now finds herself back on earth, but with her is Gus, Amity, Hunter and Willow, the witch friends she made during her time in the demon realm. Despite being happy to be back with her mother, she wants to find a way back to the demon realm so she can return to the creatures that she has come to love like family. But will return even be possible. This story contains violence, death, blood, SH, traumia, swearng, and may be triggering to some readers

The reader will be treated as they/them. When the scout y/n became the Raven Watcher everything changed. They were only 14 at the time, many people would call them a prodigy but they knew the real reason. Countless hours, days, weeks of studying magic.
