This is a rewrite of my old story, Son of Kotomine. We all know the story of Kirei Kotomine as well as Gilgamesh but what if this time around. Much like Kiritsugu, Gilgamesh found a child and choose to take him into the care of himself and Kirei. That child's name is Y/N Kotomine This story is going to be A Medusa x Male reader story

Shirou Emiya survived the Fuyuki Fire years ago. Or at least... that's what everyone says. Because Shirou doesn't really remember much about that night. Only fire. Pain. And the feeling that something is still watching him from within the flames. Now, years later, Shirou is trying to live a normal life as he starts school alongside the people who helped him after the accident. But little by little... the dreams begin. Snow. A melody he can't remember. A warm voice that somehow feels familiar. And flames that seem to become more real every time he falls asleep. In this timeline, something inside Shirou awakened far earlier than it was ever meant to. And as the Holy Grail War draws near once again... Shirou will discover that surviving the fire was only the beginning.

After Jaune Arc saved Cardin Winchester from the Ursa, Cardin still told everyone about his fake transcripts. All of beacon hates him all of sudden calling him fraud. Jaune then disappears from the face of remnant because of a certain Dead Apostle Ancestors taking interest in him giving him the power of shirou emiya and fusing his soul with fate prototype king arthur. When team NPR starts failing mission due to lack of leadership and planning, when RWBY has no good strategist to turn and finally when an prophecy that the first male arc in centuries will save remnant is revealed, Beacon starts to look for jaune only to fail worried ozpin has the rest of the countries look for him. So basically I heard that Fate Stat Night has a deleted route for Illya. This is my version of that without the incest. Shirou Emiya accompanied his father to Germany for one of his trips. There he was taken in by the Einzbern family and raised to fight in the Holy Grail War.

During the Fifth Holy Grail War, while servants and masters are being contracted, Tokiomi Tohsaka's firstborn child and real heir to the Tohsaka family magecraft, Tohsaka (y/n) leaves the Mages Association Clocktower in England and comes home to assist her younger sister, Tohsaka Rin to win the war. The girls team up with the master of Saber, Emiya Shirou, and agree to go into the madness to identify how to make Fuyuki safe once again without too many casualties and also, how to save Her youngest sibling, Matou Sakura.

The war of the Holy Grail in this story is closer to that of Fate/kaleid liner prism Illya: oath under snow, the movie. Shirou has a strange dream the same day in which his two friends: Sakura and Rin, arrive with the hand bandaged on having had some accident. Nevertheless, in the dream of Shirou, that bandage hid a tattoo that represented a class of warrior. The war for the seven cards class has been loosened, and Shirou is seen wrapped in her of accidental form, allied with Rin to go out alive. During the course of the war, the two of them will go through many disappointments, holding one another to avoid falling, giving themselves over to a sincere love. The War of the Holy Grail is now transformed into a class struggle: that of the 7 heroic spirits.

Is it paradoxical to idolize a villain killing someone close to you? What if that person was an abuser, who made your every waking moment hell? Is that villain suddenly a hero, regardless of the heinous things he'd done prior? Now, what happens when that villain leaves an impression on a young child, one he never meant to, setting in motion the creation of a monster which could spell the end of reality as we know it? What a PARADOX indeed.
