This is an alternate reality where Mikey Sano was in the car crash that killed his father and is currently in comatose. All the Tokyo Revengers characters you know and love are Mikeys father's friends (or enemies). The Tokyo Revengers stories are stories from Mikeys dad's past, and so on. Takemichi does not exist in this story because Takemichi is a younger version of Mikeys father. Mikey must resolve the fighting and take over Toman from his dad in order to wake up from his coma.
