Alexander stood before her, his long hair hiding part of his face. He looked devilishly handsome and her heart contracted. "About last night..." Samantha blushed but was abruptly interrupted by Alexander. "Last night was a mistake." He said curtly. Samantha stared at him. She couldn't believe her ears. "I beg your pardon?" "Last night was a mistake. We shouldn't have done it." He repeated, his face expressionless. "So think nothing of it." Samantha's eyes filled with tears as the sting of his words hurt her. How could he say that? Was she just there to while away his time? Last night was perfect for her. It was the best and he ruined it. "Get out," She said bitterly. "I am sorry Sam but we shouldn't have done it." "Don't you dare call me that and get out, damn you!" She yelled. She didn't know she had much venom in her. She watched as Alex hesitated before leaving. "No! No! No!" She chanted. How could she be so stupid? She thought what they had was the beginning of a beautiful marriage but she was wrong. She was used as a one-night fling. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Samantha Sinclair was aware of arranged marriages, knowing that her elder sister was into one. What she did not know was that it was going to be her fate as well. She was going to marry Alexander; the son of a business tycoon. He was a total stranger and they had never spoken a word to each other, yet she was going to marry him not for love or business but for the silly reason that their fathers were best of friends and wanted to keep the two families close. The marriage was going to be a disaster, they both knew it. Samantha did not know what to do with Liam; her high school sweetheart who believed she betrayed him and Alexander was worried about Scarlett, his model fiancee knowing how crazy she was. If they both went ahead with the wedding, will their vow count if they don't mean it or will it give them a chance to stay married and be with their partners??

This book will be the Alternate Universe of the main NKRSIRT story until I got my will to continue the thing back. The year is 2073. 3 years ago, two superpowers, one Global and another is Galactic, had secured relations after more than 100 years of tension. The United States of America and the Greater Unitary of the Tolerant Socialist Republic of Indonesia continued trade between each other and dominance over their respective hemispheres, though, everything changed in one night, when the Greater Indonesia, from the Malayan Peninsula to the easternmost of Papua, alongside it's Satellite state, Greater Japan, vanished to thin air... What had actually happened to them?

In a world where we preach love, light, and tolerance. It all feels hollow when these ideals are never practiced. I convey how I'm burned by this troubling behavior.

As you know from my writing my novels in the Starlet Series, I'm happy. When I lived in Santa Monica among celebrities, many asked what was my secret to smiling every day. "Acceptance," I would say. I'm an imperfect person who married an imperfect man 18 years ago who I've known as an imperfect friend since high school 27 flawed years ago. I love him. I love me. I love our kids and family. Perfection is impossible. Donuts taste good. Excercise is fun. We all make mistakes and move on. Amen. Thanks for reading ;-) Copyright 2013 by Carla Hanna --- The Starlet Series by Carla Hanna, author of young adult romance and coming of age fiction Starlet's Web | Starlet's Run | Starlet's Light | Starlet's Man

When Fatima is met with a life-shattering struggle, and a devastating past, would she be able to pull through-or would she remain the same? After what Fatima witnessed in her past, she no longer believes in love or trust. ESPECIALLY TRUST! Would her life change after meeting someone very charming, funny, and lovely-or would she look past him? This is a journey where heartbreak meets hope, pain battles courage, and the past fights to shape the future. It's a story of finding light in the darkest corners, discovering strength when everything seems lost, and learning that sometimes, love finds you when you least expect it. Women all across the world, do you think all you deserve is to sweep the floors? and let the male dominate you? drag your dreams down? Ladies, its time for you to throw your mops and put on your tiaras. Do you think getting abused is all you deserve ? Just because you were born with a vagina not a penis ? Now enough with tolerance ! its time to stand and fight for your rights! So this is a poem about domestic violence, though it is kind of childish since I wrote it when I was in 6 grade after reading about pathetic women tolerating a sick men's abuse but I can't let my childhood writings go waste, right? Lol Ps- that picture is actually my portrait of cara but since it failed I decided to put it up here

I am a Christian and I believe in equal rights for all. I respect all religions, beliefs, opinions, and cultures. I wish everyone in this world would but that's impossible for some reason. This poem is about how I see this world and how it's going to end up if we do not take a stand to change. Thank you for reading my poem and taking your time to do so.
