In a Middle Earth where Erebor and Dale still stand, things are occuring deep within the Elven realm of Northern Mirkwood. As soon as two elves leave the touch of the Elven fortress and embark on a journey to escape the grasp of their fellow Elves, sinister things happen within the Mirkwood walls. A new leader is brought to attention and all that leader wants is for the lost Elves to return, at any cost. DISCLAIMER : I have added new characters that has never been mentioned or described in Tolkien's novels. The newly mentioned characters are my own creation and I have independently created their characters and appearance. (Simple Sindarin phrases are used often.)

Enter the world of Tolkien right after his world was created, elves resided in the land of Beleriand. The seven sons of Feanor also lived there, one of whom caught your eye after you were saved by him when orcs were chasing you. Maedthros, the tall, red-headed, and fiery elf prince takes you to his family's home and tends to your wounds. As you heal, you grow close to his family (except his father, whom you despise) you also discover alarming secrets about yourself and your heritage.

Thranduil knew that most in Mirkwood thought his absent Wife had been killed by Orcs in the battle of Gundabad so long ago, that most would call it farcical to even hold onto hope and keep her throne, but there was a reason that there was no grave. Neither Thranduil, nor any of his men had ever found Queen Lothuialdes' body. The search that descended upon the battlefield was thorough, but no corpse was found, and through this the king was brought the ever-sneaking suspicion that his wife had been burned after her death as a symbolic gesture of the utmost disrespect for the Elvish Kingdom. However, through all of the impossibilities, however far fetched it may have been, there was always a tugging inkling of hope in his mind that maybe his Queen had not been overcome that day, that just possibly, she had escaped.
