Tommy has been a "problem child" his entire life. He's lived in more foster homes than he can count on both hands, and escaped the system at thirteen years old. Now, at sixteen, he's thrown right back in, shuttled off to a middle-of-nowhere town. On the surface, it looks perfectly ordinary, but Tommy can tell there's more than meets the eye.
