One day Tommy is diagnosed with a rare and deadly disease, one that doesn't have a cure. Because of this disease Tommy only has 6 weeks to live. Tommy tries to hide it from his friends but eventually he reveals it all and his friends are determined to make his remaining 6 weeks the best weeks of his life.
