Tommy's a cop who has a cocaine addiction. His family has always been criminals or addicts, except his sister. She's a Harvard Medical School graduate who works at the best research facility in the world. Well she winds up dead from a heroin overdose. But Tommy knows his sister. She has never used drugs. He must now travel from Los Angeles to Boston to find out what happened to Sarah Garcia.
