Graduation is supposed to be the beginning of everything. For Freddie, Noah, Mason, and Elliot, senior year is coming to an end, and the future they've dreamed of is finally within reach. Freddie is doing better than ever, continuing to heal and grow as he works on his mental health. With Noah by his side, their love only deepens, and as they plan their engagement with Louis, Eleanor, and Noah's mum, Leanne, forever has never felt so close. But not everyone is ready for change. The first time Louis Tomlinson met the love of his life, she told him to piss off. Not in those exact words. She was classier than that - or at least, she was in public. He see that all four girls are sisters, and he asks where mommy and daddy was. One of the twins tell him that mommy and daddy kicked all of them out of her life cause they were mistakes, and their daddy left them for a better lady. Louis heart went out for them, and he knew that they needed a home, so he takes the girls home with him. Can Louis juggle three babies and two preschoolers read and find out
