Carson lives in a tightly run little neighborhood, run by Mrs. Ayala, every house the exact same. He yearns for more in life, for something, someone, more interesting. Just when he's given up all hope of living a life that's more than what's in front of him, comes along a strange house in the neighborhood. Every day it changes in some way, pushing the boundaries of Mrs. Ayala's living requirements, starting by not being a family home. Until finally, the house, and its mystery owner break every rule in place.
