Villain Deku au Deku made UA by All Mights reccomendation, but he never got one for all. He was unable to perform in classes due to not having a quirk, and bakugou got him expelled when he convinced Deku to try an experiment that would give him a quirk. He ended up blowing up the Labs and was expelled as punishment. Deku's newfound hatred for heroes slowly magnifies through out this story.
