My cannon-ish telling of the relationship of Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, except I give them the happy ending they deserved... Characters and all ideas from the Harry Potter universe belong to JK Rowling Support Trans Rights <3

POV Harry: -Ted, tu non hai l'opportunità di conoscere i tuoi, proprio come me, ma grazie ai racconti dei loro amici ho imparato a conoscerli- mi siedo sul grande tappeto, posto tra il divano e la poltrona, appoggio la schiena ad essa e il piccolo Ted tra le mie gambe che mi guarda incuriosito. -oh si, piccolo mio oggi ti racconterò una storia, quindi presta attenzione- gli accarezzo una guancia e lui mi mostra il suo sorrisino sdentato.

Nymphadora Tonks is clumsy and energetic and can change her appearance at will. Remus Lupin is a lycanthrope who is insecure and smart. Sirius Black is witty and lonely. this is the tales of the goings on at Grimmuld place during the Order of the Phoenix. (movie plot mentioned) (very mild divergence from the plot) (COMPLETED)

This fanfiction is slow and building, taking time to develop a sense for the characters and their feelings. The plot focuses on Tonks' and Remus' personal lives, their lives working with the Order, and obviously their lives together as they try and figure out their feelings for each other. This fanfiction starts out at the beginning of The Order of The Phoenix and skips over most of the things already told in the book. (e.g. I don't write about Tonks and Harry packing up to go to headquarters, because J.K. wrote that from Harrys perspective in the book.) My sources of course are The Harry Potter books and Pottermore. I have taken some creative license to write about things such as the death of Remus' father, but I make sure everything matches up with what we've learned from Jo. Of course it's not what J.K. has imagined, but if she ever writes anything more on the subject I will edit and expand. If you're more into quick to the point fics, this probably isn't for you.

"What did you do?" Remus asked once they were out of earshot of Principal Dumbledore. Tonks rolled her eyes. "Why always assume the worst? Maybe he just wants to discuss my college choices." "Um-Hmm. Is that so?" ‾‾‾‾‾･･❀･･‾‾‾‾ It's Remus and Tonks. What more could you want?

The war is over and the Lupins family is facing many changes. But are they all good or are they bad? Will they be able to live their lives as a happy family, or will someone from the dark past appear who wants to break up their happily ever after? Sequel to "Our pink moon" NB!
