The story takes place in the NCIS world after 17x10 (The North Pole). Sahar just died, but will Ziva be able to go home, back to Tali and Tony?

(After Season 11 Past, Present and Future, Ziva is gone) Nobody ever asked why Tony wasn't dating and flirting any more. Nobody wondered that he didn't stare at every pretty woman who passed his way. He hadn't told anyone what happened in Israel, but nobody had asked. His jokes weren't as funny as before and his smile not as bright. THIS IS BASICALLY HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED INSTEAD OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE NEW EPISODES.
