Scuba diver Maurice Sanders goes too deep. Comatose and delusional, he discovers a kingdom of people who can breathe underwater. Maury, thinking that he's dreaming, falls deeply in love with the widowed queen, Rhiah. Upon realization of his consciousness, he immediately tries to find a way back to the surface. Failing miserably, he is trapped in an underwater society of mythical creatures. When he finally does find a way to escape, his beloved queen dies. Will Maurice stay and become the new king of Atlantis, or go back to the land, safe and dry?
