Most of us get caught up in our own lies. Without escape we are hunted by the memories and thoughts becoming prisoners in our own minds.

In light of my poem "Wake Up", I decided to write this next one. This piece is repetitive but it gets the point across. That point is that when you are in love, you don't realize how far is too far until.... well I'll just let you proceed.

A lot of people say that you can't love your best friend more than you should do. Ika nga nila, you can't have it all. That's why when I started to feel this feeling, I know that I'm in big trouble. Dahil alam ko naman kung saan lang ang lugar ko sa kaniya. He's my best friend, and he's the one that I am in love with. But he seems too far, for me to reach, for me to hold, and for me to love.
