The toons of Toontown are miserable. The streets are littered with poor toons of all species, save for the wealthy elitist cats. However, mayor Flippy realized a way to fix the nation and restore the hopes of all toons. Flippy will save everyone.

In the world of Toontown, anything can happen. Gosh, even a hover pack but back on topic... Flippy has called upon five special toons for a even more special mission. Randy, Pearlessence, Creepier Carl (Son of Creepy Carl), Ibuprofen and last but certainly not least, E.Z. Cheese; The mayor of Toontown bestowed upon this group a quite intense operation: Locate and Secure the rainbow jellybean. Little do they know... only one of them will make it out alive... Life has changed since the war between Toontown began. Flippy is now an ally of the cogs. Minnie's Melodyland was destroyed. New types of cogs have been created. And between all of this is the deadly, toxic substance and weapon: Dip. What was once a normal day patrolling the streets of Donald's Dreamland turns into a nightmare as Oswald finds himself in a situation he never imagined he would be in. Driven by will and courage, Oswald journeys through the dangers of Toontown to save his fellow squad members who have been captured by Flippy. On the way he will overcome obstacles with new allies, avoid contact with newly made enemies, and most of all make it through the journey alive. No Toon is safe.
