Bradley Bradshaw is (once again) not where he thought he would be. His career has stagnated (again). He dumped a girl he thought he'd marry (again). To put it mildly - he's pretty damn miserable. All his friends are getting married and having babies and the older he gets, the harder it is to be happy for them. Until he stumbles into a quaint little bookshop looking for a birthday present for a friend's kid and meets the adorable owner - Esther Seward.

There's one scene in Top Gun where Ice tries to spike a volleyball at Slider's face in the background. The net, of course, blocks it. This sparked my imagination
