"G-GAME: The Cross of Santo Domingo" leaves off with the Pogues stranded on a deserted island in the Caribbean. Rafe and Ward, who is actually alive, have the gold and now, the cross. The only thing the Pogues have are each other and enough coconuts to last a lifetime. Everything is wonderful, until trouble in paradise hits. The Pogues are, eventually, rescued from their perfect slice of tropical heaven and are brought to Barbados, where two of them are kidnapped. In their efforts to get those people back, the Pogues encounter a powerful treasure hunter, as well as someone very unexpected. With this, the gold game is more on than ever. School's out, it's the summer of 2020. The Pogues are working hard to play hard, since they got the worse end of the island, known as "The Cut". The Kooks, on the other hand, are playing hard and living the life all day, every day on the wealthier side of the island, known as "Figure Eight". Everyone seems to be having a normal summer until Hurricane Agatha hits. After that, a series of events take place that include a long-lost ship called "The Royal Merchant", a lucky compass, a Midsummers ball, crazy family surprises, a bit of romance, a hidden stash of $400 million in gold, and a crazy axe murderer. Following the end of "G-GAME: The Royal Merchant", Sarah and John B are presumed dead by the Outer Banks. The Pogues are distraught and are struggling to move on with their lives, knowing that they not only lost the gold, but their best friends as well. It seems that life will never go back to normal until the Pogues discover some things that could forever change their lives. The Pogues will face witnessing a murder, chasing a gun down a storm drain, a trip to Charleston, unveiling family secrets, attending the annual bonfire party, and an alligator attack.
