Ever asked yourself why do bad things happen to good people. But then how good do you think those people are and why you think its unfair what happens to them. Do you believe in God? why do you think God let good people live miserable life. What about war and hunger? how many good people get killed in war and some die of hunger? why would God let it happen, what if I tell you has a plan for all that would you believe? well this is a story about someone with the same questions.

It's hard to see what's best for yourself when you're invested in a relationship. It's not always easy to remember who you are and what you want. You can start to lose yourself and forget to make yourself and your happiness a priority. I have decided to write this book to share my thoughts and try to bring awareness to fellow young people who suffer from toxic relationships (specifically romantic relationships). Believe it or not toxic relationships has been one of the most underrated factors which lead to health problems such as stress, depression and other similar mental problems, low self esteem, lack of confidence, trust issues, anxiety, abuse, these are some other impacts of toxic relationship. In writing this book I have tried include other people's thoughts and works just to build a critical platform.
