In the slumber of deaths by thousands, a quiet oath was forged in the ash of a ruined London. Years after the first great war, the world was filled with anger and survival, growing colder under the iron fist of the Red Leader. Surviving the battle, leading a rebellion, then captured by the very soldier of the cursed leader, Tom has been through hell and earth trying to escape the base. But what good could it bring if Tord threatens to kill his friends if he ever tried to? For Tom, it was a heavy burden. Heavier than the sniper that he always carries, strapped on his back for every mission he has to obey. Every slaughter he has to endure. From deep within the cold metallic place, there sits a king who has control of everything. But not in the way he wants to. In those thoughtless kills, the wars he led, there was always something missing that he himself can't reach. For Tord, he has everything, but the throne is a lonely, crimson vantage point built on broken promises and old friendships. When their paths finally cross again in the neon-lit ruins of the underground resistance, the choice is no longer just about survival. It's about whether they will finally pull the trigger, or if the ghosts of their past will destroy whatever fragments of humanity they have left.

Y/N is an 18-year-old relative of Edd who has little direction in life. she spends most of her time reading manga, browsing Newgrounds, avoiding responsibilities, and generally existing in a comfortable, constant state of procrastination. after years of excuses, failed attempts to push her toward being less of a blood-related parasite, and growing frustration from her parents, they decide something has to change. instead of continuing to let her slack around, they arrange for her to move in with her older cousin, Edd. also, is it just me or the cover decided to be really grainy? I promise it is clearer than whatever that is. This story is still ongoing and I'm not sure about adding tags about matters in the story that aren't there yet. After the events of The End, Edd, Tom, and Matt decided to live in individual apartments. Things were "okay" for the most part. The healing was slow, but was easier with best friends by your side. Everything was just fine until Tord showed up. After recovering from the accident, Tord returns to the scene of the wreckage to find an essential item. When he discovers it's not there, he must turn back to his old friends to find it. And this time? They wouldn't live to tell the tale.
