Thirty-five year old, Victoria Kelly is the daughter of Pastor Allwyn Kelly, the head pastor at megachurch Reclamation Church in Temecula, CA. That was before Tori married Chris Lane, the son of Kurt Lane, the pastor of megachurch Crossroads at the age of twenty.
